The lead up to Christmas can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the extra things to fit in like Christmas shopping, more socialising and getting so many extra bits done before the big day.
So during this period, don’t forget to make some time for yourself and to find a little joy in the small things in the meantime.
Whether you can fit in a walk and coffee with a friend, a good book, some fresh air or exercise or a Christmas movie.
Looking after yourself and not losing sight of your own needs is essential to enjoying a busier period full of family and friends getting together.
If you can, decide what you can reasonably manage in a day or put in place some downtime for yourself. These will help you to not over extend your energy levels, and will help you feel more even tempered and grounded.
And if you do need a little energy clearing, mini-healing or a reading before Christmas, please let me know as these can be a good pick me up.
